Anizarahman Sugeh Empire operates as a personal shopper service. We assist customers in sourcing and purchasing products upon request. All transactions are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Product Authenticity

All products sold are guaranteed authentic and sourced from trusted suppliers. We do not sell counterfeit items.

3. Orders

All orders are considered final once payment has been made. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details, including size and specifications, are correct before confirming payment.

4. Pricing

Prices may vary depending on product availability, sourcing cost, and currency fluctuations. All prices are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.

5. Payment

Full payment is required before any order is processed. We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD). Orders will only be processed after payment has been successfully received.

6. No Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or changed once payment has been made.

7. No Return & No Refund

All items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. All products are checked before shipping to ensure quality and accuracy.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability and courier services. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

9. Risk & Responsibility

Once the item has been handed over to the courier, all risks are transferred to the customer. We will assist in tracking shipments but are not liable for loss or damage during transit.

10. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Customers must report any damaged or incorrect items within 24 hours of receiving the parcel, along with clear photo evidence. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

11. Personal Shopper Service

As a personal shopper, we act as an intermediary to source items on behalf of customers. Availability of items is not guaranteed until confirmed by our suppliers.

12. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.

13. Privacy

All personal information provided by customers will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
