All orders will be processed within 1–3 working days after payment has been confirmed. Pre-order items may require a longer processing time depending on availability.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is as follows:

  • West Malaysia: 1–3 working days
  • East Malaysia: 3–7 working days

Delivery times may vary depending on courier service, location, and unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees will be calculated based on the delivery location and item weight. The final shipping cost will be communicated before order confirmation.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided so you can monitor the delivery status.

6. Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. However, we will assist in tracking and resolving delivery issues where possible.

8. Lost or Damaged Parcels

Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier, the responsibility is transferred to the courier service. We will assist in filing reports if necessary, but we are not liable for any loss or damage during transit.

9. Failed Delivery

If a parcel is returned due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address, customers will be required to pay for re-shipping.
